Return Policy

  • To initiate a return please notify us within 7 days of the item delivery date. After you make the notice of return, you have 7 business days to ship the item and share the tracking information with us

    We will initiate the refund process to your original form of payment once we receive the item

    If the item is not shipped within these guidelines, the sale will be FINAL

  • All shipping fees associated with a return must be paid by the customer

    If we shipped an item to you with full insurance, we appreciate if the same shipping conditions are reciprocated with the return. If unable, please ship via priority mail, 1–2-day shipping

  • The item must arrive to us in the original condition to be eligible for a full return

    If the item is lost in the mail, or if we don’t receive the item then we will not follow through with the return process
